Thomas Andersson, Prof., Dr., is President of the International Organisation for Knowledge Economcy and Enteprise Development (IKED), and the founder of Water & Humanity, Muscat, Oman.  Among previous positions, he has served as Deputy Director of Science, Technology and Industry at the OECD, Paris, Vice Chancellor of Jönköping University, and Assistant Undersecretary in the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Sweden. He has been Visiting Scholar at the Bank of Japan and Visiting Fellow at Harvard University. He is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA).
