ABOUT GLOBAL FORUM / SHAPING THE FUTURE

Global Forum/ Shaping the Future has been an annual, international, high-level, not-for-profit think-tank since more than 30 years. It is dedicated to addressing the main technological, economic, social, societal, political and ethical issues and challenges that affect the evolution of our digital society.

Every year, the Global Forum gathers some 250 participants, including international experts, national, regional and local policy makers, private and public companies and organisations, academics, NGOs from around the world.

GLOBAL FORUM ASSOCIATION

The Global Forum/ Shaping the Future Association is a non-profit association based in France and Sweden, which has emerged from 30 years of successful networking.

Ready to become more involved, the Global Forum Association provides the framework for a more formalised collaborative structure. It is a joint vehicle to work closer together and capture the value which the network around the Global Forum events have created.

The key objectives of the association are to nurture the network of experts in the field of digital development, facilitate network meetings and discussion forums both online and on-site, expand the network with new partners, and explore opportunities for cooperation and concrete common projects.

The Global Forum/ Shaping the Future Association Advisory Board is composed of leading personalities and renowned experts in different fields related to digital society. The international Advisory Board members are key contributors to the Global Forum Association and provide strategic advice and expert knowledge.

Your professional profile on the Global Forum website
Professional email address name@globalforumstf.org and signature “Global Forum Associate”
Possibility to participate in “expert clusters” with regard to calls, joint assignments etc.

Membership Fee: 350 euros per year as per you personally or as an expert representative of your organization.

In order to keep things as simple as possible for you, while ensuring minimal coverage of the administrative costs, we have put the membership fee equivalent to 350 euros (at least for the first year – we may have to adjust it marginally as we proceed).
