Katherine Blizinsky, Ph.D, is the Policy Director, leading program policy and ethical, legal, and social implications (ELSI) activities, for the All of Us Research Program at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). A neuroscientist specializing in gene-environment interaction, Dr. Blizinsky also lectures at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, USA. Until recently, she held a joint appointment as a Research Fellow with the National Human Genome Research Institute’s Health Disparities Unit.
