Webinar on Global Digital Health & Nature Regeneration and Resilience: Thank you!

Thank you all, speakers and participants, for making the webinar on Global Digital Health and Novel Collaboration Constellations & Nature Regeneration and Resilience such a dynamic event full of inspiring discussions.

In the first part of the webinar, we had Judith Ryser discussing how NBS can be incorporated as a new planning tool for sustainable resilient green & blue cities to redress the balances between the common good and the private interest. Are NBS possible while domination of nature persists? With Mayyan, its founder Moussa Touré introduced a search engine turning digital advertising revenue into social impact by investing 30% of its revenue into impact projects in Africa – with the ability to let users have their say on what kind of project they want to invest in. To be launched in January next year!
In the second part, Mariane Cimino, updated us on the potential of digital technologies to improve health and wellbeing, particularly in the context of the One Health approach recognizing the interconnection of the health of humans, animals and ecosystems. Lynn Thiesmeyer took us on a journey to Asia to illustrate progress and challenges of telemedicine and -care in hard-to-reach areas. And, last but not least, Michel Lavollay outlined why a global response to health challenges requires Public-Private Partnerships.

Great panelists and a fantastic audience!

All presentations are made available in our webinar section.

Please note that our next Global Forum webinar will be organized on February 7th, 2024.
